Lease can be signed with only $100 down per tenant.

4 tenants: $325/tenant

3 tenants: $350/tenant

2 tenants: $450/tenant

*The full deposit due is equal to one months rent. The full deposit is due upon move in along with first months rent. Tenants will have access to all rooms of the house regardless of the number of tenants on the lease. Tenants may be added to the lease at a later date. The rate per tenant will adjust accordingly based on the number of tenants added. Vacant bedrooms may not be used to house guests or temporary residents.

The following items will be completed prior to August move in:

• Interior to be painted throughout house. Walls will be a light gray

• 2nd full bathroom to be added.
• Updated flooring through out. (Refinished hardwoods or vinyl plank)
• Washer and dryer to be added on the first floor
• Expanded parking area behind house for 4 cars.
